Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unworn and unused shoes within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance or sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@solequestfootwear.store with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for size or style within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund according to our refund policy.
